This week, we explored the fascinating relationship between our inner selves and the world around us. We kicked things off by reflecting on our communication styles and practicing active listening, reminding ourselves that sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is simply be present without interruption. We then dove into the critical topic of boundaries, identifying where we need to draw lines to better serve our well-being. The week continued with a look at feedback as a mirror, using past experiences to understand how others perceive us, and an honest assessment of our go-to conflict styles. We rounded out the week with an empathy challenge, trying to step into someone else's shoes, and a final reflection on how our newfound self-awareness has already begun to shape our interactions with others.
