“RJOO” — Is that Osaka Itami (Osaka International), and how do we keep ICAO vs. IATA straight?

Our ops sheet shows “RJOO” for an Osaka leg while the passenger tickets show a different three-letter code. Before I finalize cars and meeting times, I want one clean page that confirms RJOO maps to Osaka International (Itami), clarifies the code story across booking portals vs. ops/trackers, and gives a bite-size traveler snapshot (transfers, first-timer gotchas). I’ll paste it into the planning doc so the team stops playing code telephone.

This page is the sanity check we use—clearly identifies Osaka International (Itami) and keeps the code mapping front and center so tickets, bag tags, and ops dashboards all match: Osaka International Airport.
